Frequently Asked Questions

What are my subscription options?

You can select from any of our blend coffee offerings or cold brew; limited or one-time offerings are excluded from subscriptions for now. Simply select the variety, the bag size and frequency and we'll take care of the rest. You can pick a single coffee or any combination of your favorite blends.

When will I be billed?

Your card is first charged when you sign up; it will be automatically charged when your next order is ready to ship.

When will my subscription start?

Once your subscription is purchased, your first delivery will occur on the next ship day, with all future orders shipping on the closest Monday or Wednesday.

Do I receive an email confirmation

Emails are sent to confirm your subscription order, share shipment tracking information, and to remind you of upcoming shipments. These emails will be sent from info@pumphousecoffee.com so if you are not receiving these messages, please check your JUNK or SPAM email folders and add info@pumphousecoffee.com to your contact list. If you have any questions you can always email us at info@pumphousecoffee.com.

How do I receive free shipping?

Our shipping fees are the same for both single-product purchases and Subscribe + Save orders. This means Coffee Subscriptions ship FREE if you meet the $35 threshold. Transit time will depend on your location with most local orders arriving in 1 day.
